Data We Collect and Why

We collect the minimum data needed to operate your account — identity verification details, transaction records for UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe activity, and session logs. This data is processed solely for account management and legal compliance purposes.

Cookie Use on 9xm

We use session cookies to keep your account logged in and preference cookies to remember your lobby settings. Analytics cookies are also active; you can manage cookie preferences from the footer settings panel without affecting core account functionality.

Account Security Obligations

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We use encrypted connections for all account sessions and require verification steps for withdrawal requests above stated thresholds, as documented in Section 7 of the full terms.

Data Retention Period

Transaction and identity records are retained for the period required by the regulations applicable to your jurisdiction. After this period, data is anonymised or deleted unless an open dispute requires us to hold it for longer.

Your Right to Access Your Data

You may request a full copy of the data we hold on your account at any time by submitting a written request to our data team via the email address listed in the terms. We aim to fulfil these requests within 14 days of receipt.

Requesting Corrections or Deletion

If any personal data we hold is inaccurate, you have the right to request a correction. Deletion requests are handled in line with local legal requirements; some data must be retained for compliance reasons even if you close your account.

Access depends on your local law and is available where local law permits. You are responsible for confirming that using the platform complies with the laws of your specific region or state before opening an account.

We will notify you of material changes via the email address on your account. Continuing to use your account after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You may close your account if you disagree with any update.

Deposits and withdrawals must use the payment methods listed in your account wallet — UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe are the supported rails for Indian accounts. Transactions attempted through unsupported methods may be declined or held pending review.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and transaction verification as described in Section 7 of the terms. Standard verification is completed within 24 hours; requests flagged for additional review may take up to 72 hours before funds are released.

We may suspend an account if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or a legal obligation requiring us to do so. You will be notified by email and given the opportunity to respond unless the suspension is legally restricted.

Send a written dispute to our email disputes address with your account ID and a clear description of the issue. We log all disputes and respond within 48 hours. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to a senior reviewer as outlined in Section 12 of the terms.

Submit a written deletion request to the data team email listed in the Privacy section of the full terms document. Some records must be retained for legal compliance even after a deletion request; we will confirm exactly what is removed and what is retained.
